Pricing for the WooCommerce, Shopify and Wix apps

This page covers the three GoRoute storefront apps and the connectors that come with them. They do the same job on all three platforms, and what you pay depends on how much you send, so we quote it rather than print it.

Sending from an ERP, from your own system through the API, or as a partner reselling to your own customers is quoted separately. Tell us the volume and we will price it.

WooCommerce

On WordPress.org. Install it, connect your GoRoute account, and the next paid order leaves as an e-invoice.

What every account includes

There is no feature ladder. Nothing below is withheld from a smaller account and sold back as an upgrade.

Every country we cover

Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand and Oman, with each country’s own rules applied and validated before anything is sent. A country added later is added to your plan, not sold as an upgrade.

Delivery, not just generation

GoRoute is the certified access point. The invoice is issued, delivered over Peppol and the delivery answer comes back, all from one service. A buyer who is not on the network is emailed a PDF that carries the e-invoice inside it.

The whole job, not the headline step

Retries, network lookups, validations and PDF downloads are part of the service. Pro forma invoices and delivery notes are never transmitted at all, because they are not tax documents.

Where your subscription is managed

Each marketplace requires its own billing, so who takes the card depends on where you installed the app.

From the Shopify App Store

Shopify bills it on your Shopify invoice, and cancelling the app cancels the subscription. Shopify requires this of every app it lists. See the Shopify app.

Wix takes the payment and the charge appears on your Wix bill with the rest of the site. Upgrading, switching and cancelling all happen in the app inside your Wix dashboard. See the Wix app.

From WordPress.org

You pay GoRoute by card and manage the plan in your GoRoute account. The WooCommerce plugin upgrades in place, without reinstalling anything.

Your documents, identifiers and history live in one GoRoute account whichever route sold the plan, and only the route that sold it can change it. Tell us if you sell on more than one of the three and we will put them on a single account.

What it costs

We price on what you send and where you send it, so tell us roughly how many invoices a month and which countries. You will get a figure, not a call-back form. ERP integrations, custom API work and partner resale are quoted the same way.
